Mission Statement
Leave your Mark on Meath
Meath Volunteer Centres’ strategic plan 2012-2015 “Leave your Mark on Meath” is a statement of how we will support and develop relationships between Volunteers and Volunteer Involving Organisations, as they leave their mark on Meath, by being involved in, and developing their communities.
It recognises and acknowledges the motivations of Volunteers and Organisations, and seeks to support them to overcome the challenges they face. It places the Volunteer Centre at the centre of these relationships, as it promotes and supports Volunteers, and encourages and challenges Organisations to involve volunteers in a meaningful and effective way.
Our Mission
Develop volunteering in Meath, making it rewarding and vibrant, and support volunteers and organisations in making a real difference for people and their communities
Our Vision – for volunteering in Meath
Our vision is a thriving and motivated group of volunteers in Meath, supported and facilitated in their volunteering by Meath Volunteer Centre, building the capacity of Community & Voluntary organisations in Meath, adding new ideas and energy, and supporting these organisations in making an impact through the effective delivery of their services.
